Atascosa Mountain from AZ-289. Atascosa Lookout is the sharp bump toward the left above the cliff. Atascosa Peak is at right.

Not far into the trail we turn a corner and there it is! The cliffs and the Lookout above us.

Now a little closer. The Lookout can be seen on top the peak to the right of the cliff.

Now we're just about 100 feet below the lookout.

The lookout, sans people

The trail hugs the cliffs for the last little bit. That's Babo in the distance.
