Regular Season & Playoff Scoring Record (key)

Anonymity follows Gerry Odrowski everywhre. Some publicity came his way when he was killing penalties for the St.Louis Blues several years ago, and he had a feature written about him in a national Canadian magazine after some college students selected him as an archetype unknown player and started a fan club in his honour. Still, it isn't the usual thing for Odrowski to get stopped in the streets for autographs. Hockey management people know Odrowski well, though, understanding that he's 37, can skate all day and night, and is a gentleman.
"We got him because he's perfect for us," says Saints manager Glen Sonmor. "Very useful filling in on defence, no trouble, just a handy guy to gave around."

Acquired by the Saints from Phoenix in the intra-league draft... Was definitely the Phoenix leader... Steady as sin... Bald as a goal post... Nicknamed the "Big O" and "The Count"... president of WHA Players' Association... Solid hockey citizen, liked by all... Often inquired about by teams needing someone who can steady a defense and lead a team out of the wilderness... Became available in 1974 expansion draft when he told the Los Angeles Sharks he would not move to Michigan.
