One of two Nordiques, the other is Dale Hoganson, who dressed for all 78 games in 1974-75 ... has improved his goal total slightly every year scoring 25, then 26 and, most recently, 28 ... Racer coach Jacques Demers comes right to the point about Michel Parizeau: "There's the main reason we made the playoffs," he says. "Michel seemed to take over our offense after he joined the team."
Parizeau was acquired from Quebec City Nordiques on Feb. 18, 1976 for Bob Fitchner and, in the 23 regular season games he
played for Racers, got 13 goals and 15 assists. Nordique management rated Parizeau highly as a two-way player. With the Racers, though, he's a leader: his eight points in the playoffs led all other Indianapolis scorers.
